Installation time depends on the size of your project and the type of flooring being installed. Most standard projects take 1–4 days, while larger or more detailed installations may require additional time. At Tzuc’s Flooring, we’ll always provide a clear schedule up front so you know exactly what to expect.

Yes, we do. All of our workmanship is backed by a five-year limited installation warranty, giving you confidence that your floors are installed with care and precision. In addition, all materials come with their own manufacturer warranties, most of which include a limited lifetime warranty. This way, you’re protected both in the quality of our work and the long-term performance of your flooring.

Before installation, please remove all small, fragile, sentimental, and electronic items, clear closet floors, hallway breakables, and take bedding off all beds. Empty wall units, entertainment centers, china cabinets, and any items that can be shaken loose during installation. We will move heavier items like furniture, mattresses, and refrigerators, but we cannot move gym equipment, grandfather clocks, pool tables, pianos, bunk beds, Murphy beds, waterbeds, or aquariums—these must be moved beforehand.

Some noise and a small amount of dust are unavoidable with flooring work, especially during removal or preparation. However, our team takes every step to minimize disruption by using dust-controlled tools and maintaining a clean, contained work environment. Our goal is to keep your home comfortable from start to finish.

We recommend using only Bona® cleaning products for LVP, laminate, and hardwood. Regular sweeping or vacuuming with a soft-brush attachment and simple microfiber cleaning is all you need to keep your floors looking beautiful. We provide complete care instructions at the end of every project.
